He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. Campbell and Nellie Campbell (Douthett); and his brother Jerry Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean (Phillips); his children, Lisa (Helen Smith), J. D. (Carrie) and Jesse (Nikki Nocera); his grandchildren, Lauren Ryan (Chris), Anthony Esoldo (Megan), Joseph (Ashley Stein), Chloe Campbell, Phoebe Campbell and Niko Campbell; his great grandchildren, Gianna, Declan Ryan and Alessia Esoldo; his brothers, Jim Campbell (Shirley) and Bruce Campbell (Cheryl); and his sister-in-law Ruth Campbell.
