She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Besong and Ruth Wyrick Besong; and her husband Robert G. Shafer. She is survived by: her sons, Dennis R. Shafer (Connie), Michael D. Shafer and Marty L. Shafer (Jodi); her sister Betty J. Reynolds (Jim); and her grandchildren, Andy, Hannah, Emily, Nicholas, Karleigh, Brayden and Logan.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Noll Funeral Home, Inc. (333 3rd St, Beaver, PA 15009). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
