He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. Fenchel and Mildred L. Fenchel (Rhodes); his wife Norma Lee Fenchel (Greco); and his sister Gladys A. Freed. He is survived by: his brother Donald W. Fenchel; and his brother-in-law William Greco. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
