He was predeceased by: his father Charles J. Girvan, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Girvan (Dowd); his siblings, Ken of Arizona, Jeff (Jodi) of Virginia and Michelle Dunstan (David) of Florida; his fiancée Amy Court of Beaver Falls; his nieces and nephews, Jessie, Samantha, David J. Dunstan, Jared, Josh and Jocelyn Girvan; and his great-nephew Joey. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
