He is survived by: his wife Tammy; his mother-in-law Shirley; his siblings, Donna (Jim), Nancy, Janet (Brent) and Robbie (Kelley); his sister-in-law Janet; and his nieces and nephews, Chad, Leslianne (Randy), Joshua, Vincent (Jodi), Jessica, Tyler, Samuel, Ryan, Sydney, Cody and Andrew.
