He is survived by: his mother Peggy Cantrell (Combs); his wife Cathy Cantrell (Galusha); his daughters, Emily and Sarah Cantrell; his sister Roben Cantrell; his parents-in-law, Edward and Jayne Galusha; his brother Todd; his sister-in-law Donna Galusha; his grandmother Agnes Ebbert; and his niece Olivia Galusha. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
