He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Martin and Alma Martin. He is survived by: his children, Sadie Carns (Joel) of Harrisburg and Dominic Martin of Mechanicsburg; and his siblings, Eugene Martin (Nancy) of Georgia, Lavonda Gail Collins (Francis) of Florida and Debbie Harrison of Georgia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family requests that any donations be made in David's name to the American Cancer Society.
