Zack and Judy Furnival Zack; his stepchildren, Lea, Lorna, Mailinh, Michele, Lee and MyKim; his siblings, Kristine Jasinski (Paul), Ken Zack (Amy) and Keith Zack (Sandi); and his pet Halo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
