He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Namath and Rosal E. Namath. He is survived by: his wife Edith Namath (Mendicino); his children, Michael P. Namath (Lisa), Lisa Ann Namath and Frankin L. Namath, Jr. (Allison); his grandchildren, Michael Andrew Namath, Matthew Namath (Nashel), Jacob David Namath and Sophia Rose Namath; his siblings, Joseph W. Namath and Rita J. Sims; his sister-in-law Sharon Namath; and his pets, Scarlet, Scout and Winnie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
