He was predeceased by: his father Clarence; and his brothers, Dave and Joey. He is survived by: his wife Kelly West (Setzer); his sons, Wayne West (Joselin Allen) and James West; and his sister Patricia Weber (Robert). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that all donations be made in his name to the Patterson Heights Volunteer Fire Department, 600 7th Ave, Patterson Heights, Pa 15010.
