As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Barbara may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter "Pietro" Phillips and Ida Reda Phillips; and her siblings, Ann Marie Phillips and Patrick "Pasquale" Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Walter Keith Burau; her sons, Christopher Burau (Patricia) of Ventura, Calif and Adam Burau (Cherise) of Murrysville, PA; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Lou Phillips and Shirley Schmidt. She is also survived by several cousins, friends, and kind neighbors.
