He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil Skinner and Anna Thomas Skinner; his son Kevin Skinner; and his siblings, Gladys Volk, Josephine Skinner, Mildred Smith, Betty Skinner, Esther Skinner, Ernest, Alan, Basil Jr. and Edward Skinner.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Snow Skinner; his children, Karen Skinner of Corry, Keith Skinner (Dottie) of Crossville, TN, Edward Skinner of Jamestown, NY, Eric Skinner (Tracy) of Springville, NY, Evan Skinner of Arcade, NY and Kent Skinner (Tina) of Bear Lake; and his siblings, Hazel LaCarmen (Richard) of Bear Lake, Marjorie Kopta (Charles) of South Ripley, NY and Clarence Skinner of Bear Lake. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
