He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cochran and Zoah Cochran (Hankin); his wife Arla; and his siblings, Ruth Savko, Kathleen Schenck and William Cochran.
He is survived by: his children, Vanessa Green (Larry) of Ashville, NY and Harold Cochran Jr. (Tena) of Bear Lake, PA; his grandchildren, Megan Hirsch (Kris) of Ashville, NY, Erin Green (Joel Williams) of Ashville, NY, Kirsten Rockwood (Eric) of Lake City, PA, Harold Cochran III of Warren, PA, Chad Cochran of Bear Lake, PA and Brandon Cochran of Bear Lake, PA; and his great grandchildren, Deidre Green, Carina Rockwood and Brandon Hirsch.
