He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Crosby and Audrey Main Crosby; his parents-in-law, Juanita Bouch, Warren Cowan and Edward Bouch; and his brothers-in-law, Jerry Haskins and Timothy Cowan.
He is survived by: his wife Naomi Cowan Crosby; his daughters, Tammy Head (Scott) of Bear Lake, Amy Nelson (Don) of Warren, Jennifer Cooper (Kevin) of Titusville and Elizabeth Mitchell (Kris) of Russell Pa; his siblings, Jeanette Haskins of Bear Lake, Susan Crosby of Bear Lake and Harold Crosby (Marie) of Jamestown, NY.; and his grandchildren, Logan Head (Lauren), Louie, Spencer, Alexis, Garret Head, Hunter Crosby, Parker, Samantha Cooper, Reid and Grayson Mitchell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
