He was predeceased by: his parents, James Johnson and Mary Johnson (Smith); his son Adam Johnson; and his nephew Merrit Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Teri Johnson (Means); his daughter Stefanie Duryee of Corry, PA; his son-in-law Josh Duryee of Union City, PA; and his brothers, Sydney Johnson (Kaye) of Spartansburg, PA and Harold Johnson of Youngsville, PA.
