He is survived by: his children, Rosemarie Czock (Robert Czock), Margarita Cruz (Chris), Mary Freeman (Jerry Freeman), Helena Ross (Joe), Juan Cruz Jr. (Maryellen) and David Cruz (Cristine). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren.
