He was predeceased by: his parents, Casimer F. Wozniak and Florence Wozniak (Michno); his former wife Gertrude Wozniak (Jones); his wife Deborah Wozniak (Buck); and his brother Daniel Wozniak.
He is survived by: his children, Frank Wozniak (Judith), Ken Wozniak (Katrina Taylor) and LeeAnn Emerick (Michael); his grandchildren, Keith Wozniak, Jill Roush (Bill) and Brad Emerick (Brianna); and his great grandchildren, Nina, Cora, Caleb Wozniak, Lila, Silas Roush and Baylee Emerick.
