He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Michael Cizmek and Elsie Cizmek of Bentleyville; his spouse Jackie Tiberie; his son Lionel; his siblings, Michael Cizmek (Mickey) and Janet Dulick; his children, Monica Gustovich (Sam), Alisha Lahew (Chay) and Buck Cizmek (Paige); and his grandchildren, Justine, Dani, Bryn, Haven and Bryer.
