With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph Michael Gallagher (Beallsville, Pennsylvania), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 31, 2025 at the age of 70. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph T. Gallagher and Helen Sadlek Gallagher; and his sister Pamela Caruso of Carmichaels. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Mankin Gallagher; his daughters, Nicole Jo Vuono (Mark) of Clarksville and Rachel Wilson (Ross) of Haymarket, VA.; his grandchildren, Hunter Vuono, London Wilson and Gia Vuono; and his brother Bert Gallagher of Charolette, N. C..

He participated in several charity bike runs.
