It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger C. Bills of Beach Lake, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 5, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Bills and Doris Bills. He is survived by: his siblings, Rita Marble, Clyde Bills and Jay D. Bills. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and numerous close friends.
