He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Hoffman and Karen Bleiler (Hoke); his stepfather Edward Bleiler Sr.; and his stepbrother Edward Bleiler Jr.. He is survived by: his sisters, Michele Roberts (Michael Bolcar) of Northampton, PA and Cheryl Hoffman of Bethlehem, PA; and his stepbrother Neil Bleiler (Rochelle).
