He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sr. Moffo and Maria D'Avella Moffo; his son Jeffery M. Moffo; his grandson Braegen A. Moffo; and his siblings, Daniel, Anthony M. Moffo and Angelina M. Daley.
He is survived by: his wife Marleen "Judi" Moffo (Foose); his sons, Brian L. Moffo (Lori) of Nazareth and Gary T. Moffo (Merry) of Forks; his siblings, Norman Moffo of Palmer and Rose Berardinucci of Palmer; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Zachary, Matthew, Riley and Emma Moffo. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and many friends.
