She was predeceased by: her parent Milton Souders; her spouse Willard H. Hartzell; her siblings, Milton, Donald, Ralvin Souders and Laurene Opdyke; and her stepgrandson Michael.
She is survived by: her parent Pearl Mary Souders (Tolan); her children, Kathleen A. Flamisch (John), Alan L. (Judy), Jeffrey L. (Linda) and Gary W. (Patricia); and her sister Carol Cowan. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
