He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Pammer and Amelia Pammer (Fuchs); and his wife Margaret Pammer (Bauer). He is survived by: his children, Lisa Pammer (Roberto Reyes) and Mark Pammer (Donna Phillips); his grandchildren, Cory (Amber Cesanek), Sarah Pammer and Kayleigh Pammer; and his great grandchild Ridley Cesanek. He is also survived by 3 brothers and 8 sisters.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the church in loving memory of Charles.
