He is survived by: his wife Carole (DeFrancisco); his sons, Carl III, Silver Spring, MD, Christopher of Bath and Craig of Starkville, MS.; his siblings, Jean Kosh (Mike) of Redwood City, CA, Patty Shutt of Las Vegas, NV, Joe Millard (Mary) of Sunset Beach, NC and David Millard (Rita) of Berwick; and his siblings-in-law, Sam DeFrancisco of Bakersfield, CA, Tom DeFrancisco (Eileen) of Middletown and Kathy Rex (Scott) of Berwick. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
