He was predeceased by: his sister Paula Panasik. He is survived by: his wife Wendy L. Panasik (Long); his mother Joan; his son Brian J. Panasik; his sister Pam Pritchard; his mother-in-law Dolores J. Long (Graybill); and his sisters-in-law, Tami D. Berkes (Mark J. Berkes), Crystal A. Ungiran (David D. Ungiran) and Robin S. Kroschwitz (Randy A. Kroschwitz). He is also survived by his several nieces and nephews.
