She is survived by: her close friend Ricky Ruvo of Bartonsville; her parent Maxine Shaffer of Cumberland, MD; her children, Derrick Werner (Kimberly) of Bartonsville, PA and Tara Werner (Dalton VanHorn) of Bartonsville, PA; her stepchildren, Jessica Long (Zachary) of Bartonsville, PA and Karalea Borger (Jonas) of Effort, PA.; her grandchildren, Dayton, Blake Van Horn, Ethan, Ryan Long and Noah Werner; her siblings, Glenn Miller, Janet Ritchey, Rose Hastie, Christine Willison, Randy Werner and Becky Rader; and her close friend Michelle Fisher. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews.
