He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Strand and A. Barbara Strand (Kissling); and his brother Barry G. Strand. He is survived by: his wife Linda (Pansy); his sons, Alan B. Strand (Julia) of Stroudsburg, Matthew Strand (Melissa) of Bartonsville and Kurt Strand (Lisa) of Stroudsburg; his grandchildren, Amanda, Evan, Aidan, Sienna, August, Emily and Josie Strand; and his sisters, Diane Pizzuti of Longwood, FL, Linda Brenner (Jack) of Ossining, NY and Lois Peechatka (Burdett) of Bartonsville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
