He was predeceased by: his parent Norman Hoffman. He is survived by: his spouse Claire Elaine Hoffman (Windsor); his parent Bessie Hoffman (Haas); his children, Bryan Hoffman, Karin of Brooksville, FL and Freya Hoffman; his significant other Brian Smith of Solebury, PA; his siblings, Kathleen Hoffman of San Diego, CA and Russell Hoffman of San Diego, CA; his sister-in-law Kim Hoffman of Schwenksville; his grandchildren, Amy, Maria and Nickolas; his great grandchildren, Lucian and Julian; his son Wayne; and his siblings, Lamont, Wilbur and Irwin.
