She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton B. Strauss and Alice Strauss (Allebaugh); her grandson Sean Ryer; and her siblings, Francis Strauss and Mary Bergstresser.
She is survived by: her children, Alfred Stierly, Jr. (April), Barbara Gift and John Stierly (Carol); and her grandchildren, Karen Campbell, Mark Stierly, Eric Holl, Jasie Klisiewicz, Cody Heim, Susan Graver, Lucas Stierly, Jon Schaffer, Jasmin Stierly and Tamara Oswald. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
