She was predeceased by: her spouse Lenvil Blevins; her parents, Lester Hamm and Ella Hamm (Carpenter); and her siblings, Howard Hamm, Bob Hamm, Ruby Waddell and Mary Wallace.
She is survived by: her children, Sherri Sivco (Sam Morgan III) of Bally and Christopher Blevins (Charlotte) of Lenoir, NC; her grandchildren, Justin Sivco (Ashlee Williams) of Macungie, Tyler and Alisa Blevins of Bally; her great grandchild Owen Craig Sivco; and her siblings, Bill Hamm (Beverly) of North Carolina, Lenvil Hamm (Debbie) of Virginia and Frances Blevins of Virginia.
