He is survived by: his wife Carla Jane Searfoss; his daughters, Casey Lee Ann and Bonnie Elizabeth; his pets, Riley and Molly; his daughters, Casey York (Adam) and Bonnie Koehler (Zachary); his granddaughter Willow Koehler; and his siblings, Wesley MacMullen (Jacqueline) of Stuart, Kenneth MacMullen of Barto and Pamela Busha (Michael) of Sewall's Point. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
