He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Thomas and Alma Thomas (Bustard); and his brothers, Gene and Clete Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Linda Thomas; his daughter Loriann Mezaros (Joseph) of Hatfield; his stepsons, Travis Sipple of Las Vegas and Russell Sipple of Las Vegas; his siblings, Dixie Moyer, June Smits, Sandy Moore and Tammy Saylor; and his stepsiblings, Kathy, Connie Wythe, Kenneth, Ralph and Joseph Wythe. He is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
