He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Fazio and Rose Fazio (Nace); and his wife Beverly J. Fazio RN. He is survived by: his son William A. Fazio Jr. (Julie) of Gilberton; his grandchildren, Jolene, Justin, Jocelyn and William A. Fazio III; his son Peter Fazio of Norristown; his grandchildren, Nicole, Catherine, Gianna, Peter and Nicholas; his daughters, Denise Fazio, Second and Regina Dere (William) of Orlando, FL; his grandchildren, Nichole, Isabella and Isaac; his siblings, Lou, George, Paul and Mary; and his great grandchildren, Mikayla, Blayze, Urijah, Masyn, Maddox and Gabriel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be directed to William A. Fazio Jr. which will be used to establish a scholarship in Mr. Fazio's name.
