He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Shimukonas and Anna Shimukonas (Gawley); his wife Alice Berger (Seddon); and his siblings, Theresa Yashinsky, Edward and Joseph Shimukonas.
He is survived by: his children, Sara Williamson (Robert), Dr. Kate Harnish (Matthew) and Anthony Shimukonas Jr. (Corrin Kegolis). He is also survived by grandchildren; nieces and a great-nephew.
