He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer McDougal and Garnett McDougal (McCandless); his children, Edward Martin and Tonya Haefner; his siblings, Dan McDougal and Sheri McDougal; and his brothers-in-law, Leo Burgard and Jerry Schwab.
He is survived by: his wife Pat McDougal of Barkeyville; his sons, Tom Martin (Melanie) of Barkeyville, Randy Martin (Susie) of Barkeyville and Bruce Babbitt (Lori) of Florida; his grandchildren, Megan Bruno, Bill Surrena (Ashley), Morgan Martin, Kathleen Brunetto (Pete), Tara Surrena (Rusty), Alexis Martin and Ashley Baker (Korey); his great grandchildren, Hayden, Grace, Kinsley, Everleigh, Corbin, Cartier, Carson and Brooks; and his siblings, Linda Burgard, Joe McDougal (Heidi), Dawn Salota (Steve) and Peg Schwab.
The family suggest memorial donations be sent to the Barkeyville United Methodist Church or a charity of one's choice in Dave's memory.
