He was predeceased by: his parents, George Moore and Erma Graham Moore; his daughter Judith Sheehan; his siblings, George Moore, Dolores Berkebile, Lois Dietz, Vera Cooper and Beverly White; and his siblings-in-law, Thomas Bango and Jane Moore of Johnstown, PA..
He is survived by: his wife Dawn Russo Moore; his children, Elliott Robinson (Dora) of Ft. Meade, MD, Christopher Moore of Bangor, PA, Theodore, Terrance Moore and Victoria Moore of Milton, FL; his son-in-law John Sheehan of Saylorsburg; his siblings, Homer Moore of Johnstown, Dan Moore of Johnstown, Garry Moore (Darlene) of Johnstown and Connie Bango of Johnstown; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Markee, Louis Markee (Bob) of Lutz, FL and Nancy Moore. He is also survived by family members include Theodore's 11 grand-children and 12 great-grandchildren.
