He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Kiefer (Cole) and George H. Kiefer, Sr.; and his sisters, Shelba J. Fogel and Joan DeBoer. He is survived by: his wife Doris "Froggy" Kiefer; his children, Mandee Millheim of Northampton, Adam Kiefer of Bangor and Terry "TJ" Kiefer of Wilkes-Barre; and his siblings, Heleen Parker of Allentown and George H. Kiefer, Jr. of Bangor.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the James J. Palmeri Funeral Home (6602 Alpha Ave, Bangor, PA 18063). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 2:45 PM to 2:57 PM at the Hill Cemetery.
