He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph D. "Foxy" Horn and Olive M. Horn (Reeder). He is survived by: his wife Marylyn (Caracio); his sons, Keith Horn (Hope) and Bradley Horn (Dorothy); his brother R. David Horn (Jane); his grandchildren, Russell J. Horn, Grace E. Cuviello (Jesse), Isabelle, Ariana Horn, Kasandra Vittum (Raymond) and Olivia Kopytowski (Randall); and his great grandchildren, Tripp, Cora Cuviello and Christopher Kopytowski.
