We are sad to announce that on September 16, 2023, at the age of 64, Rose M. Kozak of Bangor, Pennsylvania, born in Perth Amboy, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kozak and Virginia Kozak; her daughter Tara G. Kozak; and her sister Barbara. She is survived by: her friend Halloween; her children, Jesse J. Kozak (Domenica Amato) of Bangor and Alexa L. Kozak; her grandchildren, Jaicob, Jordan Reaser, Joseph Lakatos, Javi, Jahzaron Kozak, Elise, Julie Cameron and Kennedy Kozak-Amato; and her brother Bob.

“Through a mutual acquaintance, I just learned of Rose’s death. I’m so sorry for your loss. I worked with Rose for Sodexo at Muhlenberg College. She was always fun to be with and a good “boss”. I haven’t seen her for almost 6 years but will always remember her as a larger-than-life woman who found something to enjoy out of every situation she was thrown into. Hopefully, she embraced her illness in the same way. May God grant her swift entrance into His kingdom. Joann Klucsarits”
