He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bisher and Hilda Bisher (Easterday); his son Matthew Bisher; and his brother John Bisher. He is survived by: his son Roland Bisher of Easton; and his siblings, William Bisher of Easton, Georgette Burger of Pen Argyl and Shirley Krauss (John) of Bangor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
