Roger Gist Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 21, 2020, at the age of 91, Roger Gist of Bangor, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Gist and Hattie E. Gist (Tucker); and his siblings, William, Elwood, Jim, Mike Gist and Maitland Eure.
He is survived by: his children, Joanne Karasek (Peter) and Edward L. Gist (Terri); his grandchildren, Eric Karasek (Abby), Nicole Ruggiero (Joseph) and Janel Gist; and his great grandchildren, Chloe, Chase Karasek and Sofia Ruggiero.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, only 25 people will be allowed in the visitation room with rotations in place, face masks and social distancing are required at all times.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 404 Broadway, Bangor, PA 18013.
