He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H. Campbell and Mary L. Campbell (Cawley). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis A. Campbell (Miller); his sons, David R. Campbell of Northampton, PA, Michael Campbell of Freemansburg, PA and Robert A. Campbell of Wernersville, PA; his stepdaughters, Nadine Jones (Michael) of Bangor, PA and Kari Anne Brown (Rodney) of Ft. Wayne, IN; and his siblings, Barbara Uhler (John) of Williams Township, PA. and John H. Campbell (Kathleen) of Saylorsburg, PA. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 4 step grandchildren.
