He is survived by: his spouse Audrey Bell (Stocker); his children, Jill Simon, Bonnie Bell, David Heckman (Kellen, James Heckman), Brian Bell (Annemarie) and Philip Bell, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Melanie, Davey, Scott, Cynthia, Ashley, Sharon, Danny, Elizabeth, Carl, Becky, Wayne and Michael.
