It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mae E. Werner (Bangor, Pennsylvania), born in Pen Argyl, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 27, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Donald M. Werner; her parents, Kenneth Mitchell and Ruth Mitchell (Bittenbender); her daughter Ruth D. Werner; and her brother Merrill Mitchell.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Claire Mithchell of Bangor; and her nieces, Sharon Jones of Roseto, Deborah Mitchell of Sarasota, Robin Mitchell of St. Petersburg and Kimberly Lakey of Wind Gap.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be offered to First United Evangelical Church, 25 S. 2nd Street, Bangor, PA 18013.
