She is survived by: her son Dakota Graham; her siblings, Kerri Graham, Kristi Graham and Robert Graham; her nephews, Lucas Buskirk and Bo Yeakel; her aunt Debbie Lembach; her uncle Larry Lembach; and her great-aunt Ruthie Hartman.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be offered to the Ruggiero Funeral Home, LLC, 126 E. Pennsylvania Avenue, Pen Argyl, PA 18072, to help her family offset funeral expenses.
