He is survived by: his spouse Anna Spagnola; his siblings, Anna D'Avanzo and Nicola; his sons, Nicholas (Rosato), Lawrence of Bangor and Mario; his wife Marybeth Rosato of Gainesville, VA; his grandchildren, Domenick, Salvator, Brittany, Jonathan and Meridyth; and his great grandchild Tony.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be offered in Lorenzo's name to the Slate Belt Knights of Columbus, 1680 West Bangor Road, Bangor, PA 18013.
