He was predeceased by: his parents, Umberto Diaz and Virginia Diaz (Torres). He is survived by: his wife Gladys Ramos-Diaz; his children, Lizette Morales-Ortiz, Linette Diaz, Sara DeBiase, Maegan Morales, Joy Diaz, Brandon Camacho and Alex Ramos; and his siblings, Jill Cheverez and Umberto Diaz. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
Due to current COVID-19 guidelines face masks will be required and social distancing practices will be followed as well as a 10 person capacity limit in the funeral home. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
