He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hallet and Ethel Hallet (Moser); and his sister Connie Mann. He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Hallet (Reddinger); his sons, Cub Scout, Todd Hallet (Michelle) of Bangor, PA and Scott Hallet (Connie) of Jackson, MO; his sister Doris Jackson of Bethlehem, PA; and his grandchildren, Samantha, Andrew and Olivia Hallet.
