He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph W. Parks and Florence Parks (Weller); and his brothers, Terry Parks and Barry Parks. He is survived by: his children, Deborah LeBar (Allan) and Joseph W. Parks Jr. (Kristine Ordinsky-Parks); and his brother Richard Parks. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
